Keith has been a resident of the Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area for the past 51 years. He

graduated from Mainland High School in 1967 and Daytona Beach Community College in 1969. He knows the real estate market better than most agents as he has, many times, seen the market fluctuate for the good times as well as the bad times during his long residency here.

From 1971 to 1981 Keith worked as a REALTOR for his well family owned business “Kiel Realty” in Holly Hill. He then worked as a mortgage originator and then a mortgage broker for 3 years. He is quite knowledgeable in buyer financing.

In the 1980’s Keith spoke on a national real estate lecture tour for well-known organizations such as; Mark O. Haroldsen (The National Institute of Financial Planning) and The Charles Givens Foundation. He gave lectures to thousands of homebuyers and investors on creative financing techniques.

In 1985 Keith designed and programmed himself a financial loan application software package used by lenders all across the USA. His software package created all of the forms necessary for the loan officer to originate the mortgage process. Fannie Mae itself was one of his customers. The financial software package is still current and used today.

From 1986 to 2003 Keith co founded a company called Florida Marketing International, Inc. better known as MacAcademy. His business became an INC. 500 member in 1992. Florida Marketing ranked number 432 out of the top 500 privately owned companies in the USA in profitability and sales. His company created computer software training CD’s and videos and sold them all over the World. He sold his interests in 2003 to remain at home more and return to his first business love; real estate.

Keith Kiel is an experienced and seasoned “No nonsense” real estate agent who can work with both buyers and sellers alike. He does not give up on a deal easily. He understands all of the frustrations both buyers and sellers go through in closing a transaction. He solves many of the problems himself using all of the experience he has obtained over the many years in the real estate business.
